Welcome to Week Two of your Innerwork Journey!

Take some time to reflect on your journey so far. The purpose of this assignment is to identify and acknowledge the moments in your life that have shaped who you are today—both the wins and the challenges. Here's how to approach it:

Step 1: Use the “My Life Timeline” worksheet

Start with Birth

  • Write down your date of birth and reflect on the environment you were born into (family, culture, or other circumstances).

  1. Early Childhood

    • Note key memories, such as family dynamics, school experiences, or early challenges.

    • Who or what made a lasting impact during this time?

  2. Adolescence

    • Highlight major transitions like moving, forming friendships, or discovering talents and interests.

    • Consider challenges like identity struggles or defining moments of personal growth.

  3. Young Adulthood

    • Reflect on education, first jobs, relationships, or moves that shaped your direction.

    • Did you face moments of doubt, triumph, or lessons that altered your path?

  4. Adulthood to Present

    • Focus on pivotal career changes, personal achievements, major life events, and challenges.

    • Consider moments when you had to reinvent yourself or redefine your goals.

As you review your timeline, reflect on how the lessons and patterns from your past can guide you in crafting your vision for the future. Remember, each moment has played a part in creating the person you are today.
