This assignment is meant to encourage self-reflection and empowerment. By asking for what you truly want in every area of your life, you set the stage for manifesting the future you deserve. To help you identify your deepest desires and clarify what you truly want for yourself in the next year. This exercise encourages you to ask for what you genuinely wish for, aligning your goals mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
Step 1: Find a quiet space where you can focus and reflect without distractions.
Step 2: Think of today as a starting point, then picture your life one year from now. Imagine receiving everything you’ve ever wanted—the bag filled with your hearts desires.
Step 3: Ask yourself the following questions—separate them into four categories:
Mental Clarity & Growth:
What does your ideal mindset look like in one year?
How would you like your intellectual pursuits, knowledge, and perspective to evolve?
How do you want to challenge yourself mentally?
Physical Well-being & Health:
What does your body feel like one year from now?
How do you take care of your physical health, energy, and well-being?
What physical changes or achievements do you want to experience?
Spiritual Fulfillment:
What does your spiritual life look like in one year?
How do you connect to your higher self, purpose, or faith?
How do you want to grow spiritually and feel a sense of peace or alignment?
Emotional Balance & Connection:
How would you like to feel emotionally in one year?
What relationships or emotional connections do you want to nurture?
How do you want to manage your emotions and cultivate happiness, resilience, and joy?
Reflect deeply on each of these categories. Imagine what the perfect version of your life would look like in these four areas.
Write down the answers to these questions, being as specific as possible. Let your imagination flow without limits. This is about what you truly want—not what you think is possible or easy, but what you would ask for if you could have it all.
Consider your feelings as you write. Is there any resistance or hesitation in asking for what you truly desire? Acknowledge those feelings, and gently remind yourself that this exercise is about being honest with yourself.
