You are a cyclical being. Your emotions, your energy, your body, your thoughts — they’re not meant to stay the same every day. Just like the moon shifts. Just like the tides roll in and out. Just like nature changes from season to season.

And when you resist that truth — when you expect yourself to bloom all year, perform all the time, be clear and confident and energized every day — you start to feel confusion, burnout, even shame. But when you begin to honor your rhythm, and give yourself permission to flow with it, everything softens. You find peace, not because everything is perfect, but because you’re no longer fighting yourself.

There is wisdom in your slower seasons. There’s clarity in your rest. Even when nothing feels like it’s moving, something sacred is being made inside of you.

In this program, we use the moon cycles as a guide — the full moon for release, the new moon for intention — but if you’re ready to go even deeper, you can begin to align with the daily and weekly planetary energies too. These aren’t required. You don’t have to follow them to succeed in this work. But here’s the beautiful part: you are already naturally in rhythm with them. Becoming aware of that flow can help you move through your week with more clarity and purpose.

Each day of the week carries its own energetic invitation.

On Mondays, ruled by the Moon, your energy might feel softer — perfect for setting intentions.

Tuesdays bring Mars energy, helping you take bold action.

Wednesdays are ruled by Mercury, supporting communication and new ideas.

Thursdays expand under Jupiter’s influence, helping you stretch your vision.

Fridays soften with Venus, bringing love and connection.

Saturdays, under Saturn, invite structure, boundaries, and strategy.

Sundays, ruled by the Sun, are perfect for rest, celebration, and spiritual integration.

You don’t need to do anything special to align with this — just noticing the energy of the day and choosing how you want to show up can be a powerful shift. Start with small reflections. Maybe on a Friday you ask, “Who do I feel connected to today?” or on a Saturday, “What boundaries need tightening or love?”

You’re not creating anything new — you’re tuning in to what’s already within you.

The more you slow down and notice your own cycles — your highs, your lows, your inner seasons — the more confident and clear you’ll feel moving through them. This work isn’t about controlling your life. It’s about co-creating with it.

And remembering that in the story of your life the how… is truly none of your concern - give that to god!
